Alex has excelled as an entrepreneur in the seafood industry since 2000. Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), with educational achievements including a Chaplaincy Doctoral Degree (2023), Master's in Clinical Pastoral Counseling (2023), and Bachelor's in Chaplaincy (2022). Alex is an ordained Evangelist, Teacher, and Pastor, holding numerous certifications, including Thanatology, Addiction Counseling, and Therapeutic Addiction Counselor II. He is a community leader dedicated to humanitarian efforts, significantly impacting those in need. Alex's multifaceted career embodies a commitment to service, education, and compassionate leadership.

Cristina Rigail
Co-Founder, COO and Administrative Director

Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts in Pastoral Theology. With a strong background in bookkeeping and administration, she excels in customer service, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Cristina has extensive experience in marketing and overseeing office administration. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is adept at multitasking in fast-paced environments. Her diverse skill set and dedication make her a valuable asset to any team.
Dr. Pedro Castellanos
MD, Multi-Specialty-Comprehensive Care. General Medicine Provider

Dr. Pedro Castellanos is a skilled general medicine provider. He received his medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and has been in practice between 11-20 years. Dr. Castellanos has expertise in treating chronic diabetes, obesity/overweight, chronic high blood pressure, among other conditions. He offers personalized health care, including pain management, weight loss support, and IV Therapy. Licensed for medical marijuana, Dr. Castellanos prioritizes patient satisfaction and advanced technology. Dr. Castellanos is fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Melissa Riesgo
Psychotherapist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor.

​Melissa is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, and published author, serving on the board of directors for both The Broward and The Florida Mental Health Counselors Associations. As the Founder and CEO of Full Circle Therapy, she leads a team of over 30 clinicians. Melissa also established The Full Circle Therapy Foundation, a non-profit providing low-cost therapy services. Her dedication to accessible mental health care and her belief in its transformative power drive her efforts to enhance services and break down barriers to care, fostering healing and growth in her community.

With over twenty years of experience in Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse, Raul brings extensive knowledge and personal insight, having overcome addiction and maintained sobriety since 1997. After earning a Bachelor's in Theology and Christian Counseling from Faith Theological Seminary and a Master’s in Psychology from Kaplan University, [Name] has worked as a Case Manager, Social Worker, and Drug Counselor at New Hope CORPS since 2018. Previous roles include Drug Counselor for the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians and Behavior Health Case Manager at Community Health of South Florida. Dedicated to helping others overcome addiction, [Name] provides community linkage services, housing assistance, psychoeducation, and mental health assessments.

Carlos Rivera

​Carlos is an accomplished bilingual (English and Spanish) entrepreneur and community leader. His extensive education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Broadcasting from John Brown University (Arkansas, 1994), a Master's in Clinical Pastoral Counseling (2023), and a Bachelor's in Chaplaincy (2022). He is also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Carlos has been a Christian pastor for 12 years and volunteers as a chaplain in jails and homeless shelters.

​With over thirty years in personal and family consulting, Carlos brings extensive experience to his work. He is a Mechanical Engineer focusing on medicine, holds a Master's in Business Management, and has a Doctorate in Advanced Management and Human Sciences (Family Psychology). Carlos also earned a Doctorate in Clinical Pastoral Counseling and certifications in Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counseling and Clinical Supervision. He has served as a university professor and Christian pastor for over forty years. Currently, he works as a prison chaplain and personal counselor.

Alexa has been a lead teacher for 22 years and is a professional in education. She is certified as an Autism Therapist and has proven skills as a facilitator for women in crisis, promoting healing and identity restoration. She serves in humanitarian activities. Alexa has earned certifications including a Bachelor's Degree in Chaplaincy (2023), a Master's Degree in Chaplaincy (2023), and is a certified Clinical Pastoral Counselor, as well as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (2023). She has completed other certifications and continues to advance in her training and education.
